On our last day in Florida, Becca and I ventured out to Jonathan Dickinson State Park to canoe the Loxahatchee River. Our canoe trip was fun and kinda creepy, as we were the only two people on the river for the majority of the trip. The river was very still, we saw an alligator, manatee and I think we saw a dolphin. It kinda felt like we were in the movie Deliverance. We made it back in one piece and headed out to do a little hiking. The terrain is so much different in Florida than Ohio. Several areas along our hike were burned or still burning (literally still on fire). I thought this path made an interesting photo.
